Property Access & Digital Onboarding

Upon completion of your investment, your digital access to the Manchester property ownership dashboard will be granted. This dashboard provides real-time updates and details of your fractional ownership.

KYC & AML

Compliance

As part of regulatory compliance, you will undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification process. This ensures that all co-owners meet the legal requirements. This takes only 3 minutes and it's done online on our app.

Issuance of Ownership Shares

Once KYC/AML is successfully completed, your fractional shares will be tokenized and recorded on our secure platform. You will also receive an electronically signed ownership agreement, legally binding your co-ownership status within the property’s SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) structure.
